Welcome to Mountain View Baptist Church, where God has placed us gracefully within the beautiful mountains of Berkeley County. We are committed to loving Christ, loving people, and serving our community. Our church is a place where you can find family, grow in your faith, and serve others. From school house to church house our foundation was built by a community with an Acts 20:20 vision. We pray, as you navigate our website, you are led by the Holy Spirit to join us for our worship services, fellowship gatherings, and community outreach events.

At Mountain View Baptist Church, we offer a variety of ministries for people of all ages. From children's programs to  adult Bible studies, there's something for everyone to get involved in and grow spiritually.

Prayer Ministry

We believe in the power of prayer. Our dedicated prayer ministry is here to support and uplift those in need through intercessory prayer and regular prayer gatherings.

Missions and Outreach

Engage in the fulfilling work of missions and outreach by participating in local and global initiatives aimed at sharing the love of Christ and meeting the needs of others.

Counseling and Support

Seek guidance and support through our counseling services, where trained professionals offer biblically-based counseling for individuals and families facing various challenges.

Sunday Worship

Join us every Sundy at 10AM for a one hour uplifting Sunday worship services by Pastor Benjamin Repine where we come together as a church family to praise and worship God through music, prayer, and relevant biblical teaching.

Adult Bible
Study

Experience a deeper understaing of our Lord and Savior by spiritual growth and joining one of our adult bible studies every Sunday Morning from 9AM-9:45AM. These gatherings provide an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and delve deeper into God's word.

Friday Family Fellowship

These gatherings provide an opportunity to experience genuine community and spiritual growth. We invite you to join MVBC's Friday family fellowships where you can brining a dish to share, build meaningful relationships, dine together and delve deeper into God's word

Meet Pastor Ben Repine 

Pastor Benjamin Repine serves as the senior pastor of Mountain View, where he faithfully shepherds the congregation with a deep love for the truth of God’s Word and a heart to see lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Known for his clear, Bible-centered preaching and compassionate pastoral care, Pastor Ben is committed to equipping believers to grow in spiritual maturity, walk in truth, and serve others with Christ-like love. He believes in the power of Scripture to bring healing, conviction, and restoration, with leadership that reflects a sincere desire to glorify God in all things.
Under his leadership, Mountain View continues to thrive as a place where faith is strengthened, families are encouraged, and the community is reached with the hope of the gospel. Whether in the pulpit or in personal conversation, Pastor Ben’s aim is to point others to the sufficiency of Christ and the unchanging truth of God’s Word.
In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Ben serves as the Director of Security for the WVU Medicine, where he leads with the same integrity, diligence, and a heart to protect and serve others, mirroring his approach to ministry. His dual calling in public service and spiritual leadership is a powerful testimony to God’s work through every vocation.

Pastor Ben is also a devoted father to seven mostly grown children. His experience as a father and leader deeply informs his shepherding, offering practical, compassionate insight to families and individuals at every stage of life.
